What if I don't have joint problems?
If you are not currently experiencing joint problems then Synthovial 7™ may be used to provide benefits in the long run. Are these products safe?

Do I need to take these supplements with food?
Synthovial 7 is easily tolerated with or without food. We recommend taking it first thing in the morning (this is a good way of getting in the habit of taking it everyday).
