RETURN POLICY - Unopened merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase date. In the case of Books they must still be in "like new" condition. You must first call for an RMA number, If merchandise is returned without prior notice, delivery will be refused and it will be returned to you. You must send a copy of your receipt. You will always receive a receipt along with the product when it is shipped. Upon receipt of returned product, accompanied by a copy of the receipt, a refund will be applied to your credit card within 5 business days, less a 15% restocking fee. If you ordered by mail a check will be mailed to you within 5 working days. Shipping costs are not refundable. In the case of merchandise advertised as guaranteed on our website a full refund, less shipping costs, will be applied even on opened bottles. |
