RETURN POLICY -

Unopened merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase date.  In the case of Books they must still be in "like new" condition. You must first call for an RMA number, If merchandise is returned without this number, delivery will be refused and it will be returned to you. You must send a copy of your receipt. If you purchase over the phone you will receive a receipt with the merchandise when it is shipped. If you purchase through this website you will receive a receipt by email immediately after close of the transaction. Upon receipt of returned product, accompanied by a copy of the receipt, a refund will be applied to your credit card within 10 business days, less a 15% restocking fee. If you ordered by mail a check will be mailed to you within 10 working days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
